Garden Services Team Member
This position is located in Bozeman, MT. This is NOT a remote position.
Job Description
A Garden Services Team Member is responsible for assisting in the maintenance, upkeep, and enhancement of gardens and outdoor spaces. This role involves a variety of landscaping tasks, including planting, pruning, weeding, mulching, and lawn care. Team members work alongside other staff to create aesthetically pleasing and healthy environments for residential, commercial, or public properties.

Key Responsibilities:
Plant and nurture annuals, perennials, trees, and shrubs.
Ability to identify perennials and annuals.
Perform basic planting bed maintenance.
Install and repair drip irrigation.
Spring and Fall clean-ups.
Property checks and reports.
Maintain a clean and professional appearance.
Ability to take initiative and offer resourcefulness when performing tasks.
Tasks include weeding, pruning, mulching, string trimming, mowing, raking, planting, disease control, pest management, debris removal, deer fence installation/removal, tree staking, garden design, leaf blower and hedge trimmer operation, and watering.
Physical Fitness:
Ability to perform physically demanding tasks like lifting, bending, and working outdoors in various weather conditions.
Typical Work Environment:
Primarily outdoors on various client properties, including residential and commercial landscapes.
Exposure to weather elements, including sun, rain, and extreme temperatures.
Driver’s License:
Valid U.S. Driver’s License that is not currently suspended or revoked (driving record must meet the insurance carrier’s policy requirements and Highridge Landscapes Inc. driving standards).
Preferred:
1 year of previous landscape or gardening experience.
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Bilingual in English and Spanish.
Pay: $24-$27/Hour
