
Turf Care Specialist
This position is located in Bozeman, MT. This is NOT a remote position.
Job Summary:
As a Turf Care Specialist, you will play a key role in maintaining the health and beauty of our clients' lawns. Your duties will include both lawn mowing and lawn spraying, ensuring that properties are well-maintained, free from pests, and properly fertilized. The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of turf care, lawn maintenance equipment, and pesticide/herbicide application.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform lawn mowing, edging, and trimming for both residential and commercial properties.
Apply fertilizers, pesticides, herbicides, and other treatments to lawns as needed for optimal health and growth.
Operate and maintain lawn care equipment, including mowers, sprayers, and trimmers.
Ensure safety protocols are followed when applying chemicals, including proper calibration of equipment and usage of protective gear.
Assess lawn conditions and recommend appropriate care practices to clients.
Maintain accurate records of applications, treatments, and services provided.
Provide excellent customer service, addressing any concerns or special requests from clients.
Perform routine maintenance on lawn care equipment to ensure functionality.
Work independently or with a team to complete scheduled tasks efficiently.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; certification in pesticide application (where required) is a plus.
Previous experience in lawn care, turf management, or landscape maintenance preferred.
Knowledge of lawn care practices, including mowing techniques, pest control, and fertilization.
Ability to operate and maintain lawn care equipment safely and effectively.
Strong attention to detail and a passion for delivering high-quality results.
Ability to work in various weather conditions and outdoors for extended periods.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Ability to stand, bend, kneel, and walk for long periods.
Comfortable working in a variety of outdoor environments and weather conditions.

Pay: $30-$35/Hour
